Can I order individual bars?
Yes. There is no minimum order in kilograms. Even a single item is a valid enquiry.
Where does the weight per metre in the catalogue come from?
It is calculated from the geometry: cross-sectional area times a density of 2.70 g/cm³. It is a mathematical figure, not an estimate.
Why do many items show no alloy?
Because we have not confirmed a supplier yet. We will enter the specification as soon as it is documented. A guessed value would be worthless.
Is the parts list from the patio cover configurator binding?
No. As long as the technical limit values have not been approved, every configuration is an enquiry for technical review. The parts list is preliminary.
Can I buy directly through the website?
No. The website is an enquiry portal. A purchase only comes about through a written quotation and your order.
Do you also deliver cut to size?
Cutting is planned in the configurator. Which processing we actually offer depends on the supply process and will be clarified before the quotation.
