01 Tools and kit
1.1 Take the kit out of the packaging properly.
1.2 Check the kit immediately for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage: canopy roof, side panel, wall brackets, wall plugs, screws, washers, metal screws and lamp.
Caution: If anything is missing or damaged: report it to us immediately.
1.3 Dispose of film and packaging responsibly.
1.4 Get the power tools ready: cordless screwdriver and hammer drill.
1.5 For measuring and drilling get ready: tape measure, spirit level, masonry drill bits and screwdriver bits.
1.6 Get a combination wrench, a ladder and a caulking gun ready. Silicone is additionally required.
1.7 Put on protective clothing: work gloves, safety shoes, work trousers.
02 Fit the canopy roof
2.1 Mark the positions of the three wall brackets according to the drawing: outer brackets 1.710 mm apart, middle bracket 825 mm from the left one, at least 2.250 mm above the floor.
Caution: For version 160 the spacing of the outer brackets is 1.310 mm. When using a side panel, allow for the lateral offset.
2.2 Check the marking and the wall bracket position for level.
2.3 Pre-drill the holes for the wall plugs: 3 holes per bracket.
2.4 Insert wall plugs Ø 12 mm.
2.5 Fix the wall brackets firmly to the wall with the hex screws 10 × 80 mm and washers (3 pieces).
2.6 Slide the canopy roof onto the brackets from the front.
Caution: The slope to the front must be at least 1°. Support the canopy roof for screwing: at least 2 people are needed.
2.7 Pre-drill the holes for the metal screws with a 3,5 mm drill bit: per bracket from above and from below.
2.8 Fix the canopy roof to the 3 wall brackets with the metal screws: 2 screws per bracket, from above and from below (6 pieces).
03 Fit the LED lamp
3.1 Connect the lamp to the cable that has been led through, following the lamp manufacturer's instructions.
Caution: Have the connection made only by a qualified electrician. A connection made yourself voids the warranty.
3.2 Place the lamp in the recess provided.
04 Fit the side panel
4.1 Mark the positions of the three wall brackets of the side panel: 2 holes per bracket, spacings 115 mm, 985 mm and 985 mm.
Caution: Check the marking for plumb.
4.2 Pre-drill the holes for the wall plugs.
4.3 Insert the wall plugs.
4.4 Fix the wall brackets firmly to the wall with the hex screws and washers (3 pieces).
4.5 Slide the side panel onto the brackets from the front.
Caution: The water drain must sit correctly in the side panel.
4.6 Then push the side panel upwards.
4.7 Fix the side panel to the 3 wall brackets with the metal screws: 2 screws per bracket, from outside and from inside (6 pieces). Pre-drill the holes with 3,5 mm.
05 Letterbox and finish
5.2 Seal the joint at the wall connection with silicone.
Electrical installation (lamp) only by approved installers. Otherwise the warranty is void. The user is responsible for correct installation and use. Observe local laws and regulations.
